Owners of Ducklings Early Learning Center Oxford
Janeen and Tony Hill are honored to serve the families of the Oxford community. As Chester County residents for nearly 15 years, Janeen and Tony understand what parents are looking for when choosing an early learning center. Their Ducklings journey began years ago—not as owners, but as parents. Both of their daughters attended Ducklings, where they experienced firsthand the nurturing teachers, engaging curriculum, and genuine sense of care that have made Ducklings a trusted name in early childhood education for more than 30 years.
That experience left a lasting impression. They watched their daughters grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence, and they knew they wanted to help provide that same meaningful beginning for other families.
Today, Janeen and Tony are committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. They believe that strong relationships with families, passionate educators, and enriching experiences help children develop a lifelong love of learning.
Together with their dedicated team of teachers, they are proud to build on Ducklings’ long-standing tradition of excellence, helping children learn, grow, and thrive while giving parents the confidence and peace of mind that comes from knowing their child is in caring, capable hands.
